Why Take Lemon Exists:
Our Founding Note
In 2026, Take Lemon was founded in Wenzhou. This article is our account of ourselves: why now, why us, and what real problems we solve for factories. Along the way, take a look at our newly fitted office — this is where the story happens from today on.
01 · The Hardest Part Is Never on the Workshop Floor
Over the years we have met many Wenzhou factories like this: solid products, honest ex-works prices — and yet they "cannot speak" in overseas markets. Join a marketplace, and competitors race prices to the bottom. Attend a trade fair, and a six-figure annual budget buys uncertain returns. Try digital marketing, and there is no one to hire and no team to keep. It is not that factory owners don't want to export — every step lands on unfamiliar ground: how buyers actually search, what copy they understand, whether the money spent makes any sound at all. For a factory, the most expensive cost is not money; it is trial and error.
02 · A Road We Have Already Walked
The good news: this road has been walked end to end. Our founding team has spent more than 20 years in overseas markets — product selection, packaging, copywriting, independent websites, search optimization, overseas customer acquisition — every link tested by hand, every lesson paid for. Today we turn that experience into a repeatable process: visit the workshop in person, rebuild branding and copy for each target market, launch a multilingual independent website, then keep up SEO and GEO work so buyers can find the factory, start a conversation, and order with confidence. Phase one covers Wenzhou and the Jiangsu–Zhejiang–Shanghai region within 500 km — close enough to visit workshops often and do every project properly.

03 · Tools Exist So Factories Do Less, Not More
Factory owners often ask: what can AI actually do for us? Our answer is plain: turn "don't know, don't know how, no time" into "someone handles it, a system runs it". Decades of experience now live inside our AI platform: drop in product photos, get an overseas market research report; enter factory details, get a multilingual export website; indexing, rankings and AI citations stay visible on one dashboard. Digital transformation should not mean another complex system for the owner to learn — it means handing the heavy, repetitive work to the system, so the factory can focus on what it does best: making the product right. When the burden is lighter, the road gets longer.

04 · A Proper Beginning
This month we moved into our new office. Open desks, a meeting room, a desk by the window — modest in size, but every seat prepared for the same thing: helping Chinese factories sell good products to the world.

The road gets repaired step by step; orders get done one by one. Opportunities don't fall into your mouth — you reach out and pick them. Take inspiration, take opportunity, take the world — Take Lemon, Sell Beyond.
