Take Lemon AI Platform:
The Full Export Journey in One Workspace
Serving factories involves a lot of repetitive, well-understood work. Over the past months we have been turning those steps into a system — our in-house AI platform — bringing market analysis, website building, launch, operations and optimization into a single workspace. The platform is now in internal demo and trial.

01 · Five Modules, One Pipeline
Marketing Analysis. Upload 1–3 product photos and the AI runs product recognition, competitiveness analysis and market-fit assessment, producing an actionable overseas market research report covering North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and more. Work that once meant hiring consultants and waiting weeks now takes minutes — a draft the factory can act on right away.

Website Generation. Enter company info, main products, certifications, slogan and export goals, and the AI drafts a multilingual export website. Built-in industry packs (valves, footwear & apparel, educational toys, agricultural products and more) keep the English copy aligned with how overseas buyers actually search — no English writing or web-building skills needed.

One-Click Launch. Domain availability check, server and certificate selection, one-click deployment — the whole path from a draft site to a live HTTPS website, without hiring a technician.
My Websites. All launched sites in one list: review visitor data, collect inquiries, edit content, back up with one click — no more juggling separate dashboards.

SEO & GEO. Ongoing monitoring of search indexing and keyword rankings, plus optimization for AI answer engines — so when an overseas buyer asks an AI assistant about trusted Chinese factories, the factory's website is easier to cite and recommend. A new source of demand beyond traditional export channels.
02 · Why We Built It Ourselves
Twenty-plus years of overseas operating experience only scales when it becomes a standard process. AI acts here as an amplifier: the pipeline is still the one we have walked ourselves — it just runs faster and steadier. For factories the value is simple: no overseas marketing team to hire, no complex system to learn, no trial-and-error tuition to pay. Make great products — the workspace handles the rest.
03 · Where We Are Now
The platform is in internal demo and trial; diagrams in this article illustrate the design approach. Modules will open gradually based on real usage by partner factories — updates will be published in this column.
